Carnivores

These animals eat meat, largely through predation of other animals. They are rarer than herbivores and are often nocturnal. Most mammalian carnivores belong to the group Carnivora, while both reptilian predators in theHunter: Call of the Wild are crocodilians.

When tracking down any carnivore or looking for their feed zones, their feed tracks will show as carcasses, either piles of meat or sometimes a ribcage for bears and other large carnivores. Some carnivores are dangerous and can kill you easily, but others are harmless and skittish. Either way, they're more difficult to hunt than deer.
